There are several ways to get to Vancouver Vancouver Island. Here are a few.
Westjet Air Canada BC Ferries
Once on Vancouver Island, follow the signs indicating the route north on the Island Highway to Campbell River. From Campbell River follow the signs for Gold River, and head west on scenic Highway 28 thru Strathcona Park, British Columbia’s oldest provincial park, for 89 km. Once you arrive at Gold River, turn left at the first intersection. Then continue on this road through the village site and beyond for 13 km. Our office is at the end of the road on Muchalat Inlet. Driving from Campbell River to our base in Gold River takes about an hour and a half.
Public parking is available on the side of the road by our office, but it is usually a busy area. The public dock and local business activities are such that you should allow extra time for finding a parking space.
